From March 8th till 10th we visited the kolekt!f berlin. It was the first fair of the year for us with all our bikes ready to go, the kickoff of our webpage with included online shop and therefore the start of our new brand.
Last Minute
After we stacked all of the lovely fair-things in Tetris-B-Type-mode into the van on Thursday, our Friday starts very early. The webpage is filled with last information, order processes are simulated, our backpacks get packed and all fair-material double-checked. Departure to Berlin. The trip is relaxing, celebrating the launch in the highway and roll into a tranquil seeming capital. The reason is given by the radio: For the first time the International Woman’s Day is a holiday in the federal state of Berlin. Congratulations to the best people in the world. High five!
Broooooommmm!!
The new location of kolekt!f bike fair –the Motorwerk Berlin – is situated in the northwestward part called Weißensee and easy to find with the latest tools. At our booth we meet up with Matthes of Triple2, getting himself ready for the upcoming days. Quickly we added our cupboard with included accessories, filled the fridge and screwed in some lights so the booth looks real fancy. Following with relaxing till the soft-opening for press agents and special guest.
Talk, Talk, Talk
All around the weekend in Berlin was quite moving and we hope that we could convey everybody who stopped by that we made our homework very well since last year’s Fahrradschau. And that we made a mental note about freaky and faithful relationships.
Big thanks go out to the colleagues of Rad Race, who set up a great weekend with passion and energy. They kept an important fair with all small and big events alive, but rather offered the Last Wo*men Standing-Race at the accustomed place with a lot things for our eyes, ears and – let’s say – taste.
On top of this it was lovely to see a lot of familiar face from Dresden and to get a lot of support. Felix of Light Wolf Studionot only checked the competent know how of Basti, but made some word about our builds by himself. Sebastian was with us againto take care of our next steps and to high-five friends and partners.
The world is yours
The upcoming weekend we are back on track at the Dusseldorf Cyclingworld. We are looking forward for interested guests, shoptalk and the longest bar in the world. *shush* Even our El Capitano is back on deck.
