shipping information
The delivery of our articles can take place worldwide. The dispatch of a complete wheel can currently only take place within Germany. We dispatch all articles from our online Shop with DHL or the forwarding agency DHL Hauptvogel International GmbH. You will be informed about the status of your delivery via DHL’s shipment tracking system and can manually adjust the time and place of delivery during the ongoing process and change it according to your wishes.
If you are not at home, other senders as well as DHL leave a message that the parcel will be delivered again or can be picked up at the parcel centre. The parcels are stored for about 7 days before they are sent back to us. The additional costs for the return (in case of unavailability) we unfortunately have to charge you.
Delivery date:
We will process your order as soon as possible after receipt. The delivery time can be found on the respective product pages.
In the event of revocation, you shall bear the direct costs of returning goods that can be shipped by freight forwarder or parcel post.
Shipping costs
Germany:
Within Germany we send small parts with Deutsche Post. Frame / fork sets in a Sour Bike box with DHL. For MTB frames / fork sets, shipping costs greater than 10kg must be taken into account. Complete bikes are shipped with a forwarding agent (AVIS by telephone is necessary)

EU shipment
The customer bears the costs for any customs and import duties incurred in accordance with the statutory provisions of the recipient country.
Complete bike deliveries within the EU are generally possible with forwarding. Please note that we have to recalculate the shipping costs depending on the transport route and additional costs may arise.
