THE ONE BIKE
TO RULE THEM ALL
We built the full suspension bike we’d want to ride. It had to be steel, it had to be progressive, but not too progressive, and we had to make it ourselves. So that’s just what we did. The Double Choc is four years in the making, and that’s apparently the perfect amount of maturing time.
Made in Germany steel frame, aluminum rear triangle
Wheel size: 29-inch
Front travel: 140-160mm
Rear travel: 136mm or 148mm (shock stroke 50mm or 55mm)
Huck to flat, and pedal back up. The Double Choc is the bike for big lines, big trails, and big ups. From backyard trails to alpine tracks.
Build it up, build it down, the Double Choc is a chameleon. Push the bike all the way up to 160/148mm travel for a big bruiser of a mountain bike, ready for bike parks and all the chunder-trails you can dream up. Turn the dial down and build the bike up with 140/136mm travel for a do-it-all trail bike, ready for all the ups and downs of trail riding. Push the front, huck it into oblivion.
With its versatile geometry, the Double Choc adapts seamlessly to every ride, making it the ultimate companion for both aggressive descents and technical climbs. The robust frame and advanced suspension system ensure a smooth ride, absorbing every bump and drop with ease. Whether you’re tackling rugged mountain paths or flowing singletracks, this bike’s customizable setup lets you dial in the perfect performance.
All of this, built by hand in Saxony!
From Trail to Enduro
We love backyard trails, but we also take off to the mountains as often as possible, so having a platform you can customize to your own geography and riding style is important.
The Double Choc can be built up with 136mm or 148mm rear travel. This means that you can build up a short-er travel trail ripper for those quick-bites or go all the way up to 160/148mm for those really big days out!
Gussets and reinforcements on the 4130 steel frame mean no matter how big you go, we’ve got you covered!
Steel? Horst Link? Hell yes.
Not only do we give you the simple beauty of the Horst-link, the Double Choc also features all the threads, bolts, and measurements to make maintenance as easy as possible.
Nothing worse than having to search out hard-to-find parts and bearings to keep your bike running. We went with the most obtainable parts we could imagine without sacrificing serviceability. We’re not saying you should run bearings from the local hardware store when on vacation in the Alps, but you could!
