Off to new horizons!
When we started SOUR in March 2019, it was a small side project of Binova GmbH, a company that specialises primarily in electric drive units.
Initially, SOUR was a playground for new ideas, shapes and colours. From a small idea a larger vision grew, and fast – sour friendships all over the world!
The feedback in the first months motivated us to continue to optimise things and advance the brand.
Now, SOUR is no longer a side project.
In May 2020 I bought the brand SOUR and the entire collection, and took over full operation of the company.
From now on SOUR is 100% rider owned and operated, guided by sweet feelings.
An especially sweet highlight; the spin-off of SOUR starts at the same time with the cooperation and support of Timo Pritzel. For over 30 years Timo has been part of the professional BMX and mountain biking scene. With him, his experience and his fellow team riders Sebastian Ott and Quinda Verheul among other bike enthusiasts we will realize new exciting projects.
At this point we would like to thank our friends, dealers and customers for your trust in us. We are looking forward to many more projects!
