Together again at last! Together with Rvmble, Lightwolf, and QVIST we hosted the Moonhunt after a long hiatus. 23 teams of two crazed cyclists rode out into the woods around Dresden to complete a number of game stations in the cold, cold darkness.
This year we made sure to make it extra difficult, the “hunt” that is, by disallowing GPS.. that goes to say that participants had to use analogue, old-fashioned, paper maps just like your parents used way back when!
Homemade soup and glühwein were the “cherry on top” for those willing to brave the elements. The warm spiced wine worked its way into the veins, warming as it went, and all of it together made for a fantastic event. We can’t wait for next year!
Thanks to everyone who stood in the cold for hours to volunteer at checkpoints and manage the chaos, you know who you are. Without the help of all sorts of volunteers, without the rad cycling community around Sour, we’d be nothing. THANK YOU!
