Moon Hunt 2019 was a Blast!
Last Saturday a large group of cyclists partook in the second Moon Hunt. Almost 60 riders and 20 pair of helping hands made the kind of self/non self-guided alley cat race up to the Dresden heath into the rain, wind and into the dark before ending at Lightwolf Studio possible.
Totalling close to 25 km 450 hm and it still was a long race for riders and helpers.
The riders had to stop at eight locations and have been put to test by many different games. Once they finished the game, won or not, they received the needed information for the next stop and how to get there. Routing yourself through the dark woods in the rain in race speed and close to 2° Celsius makes the riders questioning themselves why they are doing this.
Once they crossed the finish line, wrote their team name on the finishers board and started chatting to the fellow riders everybody realized that there were all smiles…
