We're a proud bunch over here at Sour HQ. We're so happy for Quinda and her win and we're also proud of our Pasta Party for being the trusty steed and best friend to Quinda, time and time again, for training, racing, and adventure alike.⁠

Quinda had this to say about the bike, "It just works, it's never tired. I could trust the bike on every descent, and through every river... it's always so stable, especially with all my bags on it! I love that I don't have to worry about my bike, it just works."⁠

Quinda has a size medium Pasta Party built out with a mix of Ingrid stuff, some SRAM drivetrain, FOX forks, and now cult level White Industries rims with a SON dynamo and Onyx rear hub. Her Schwalbe tires were among very few that didn't suffer any slashes... is that a coincidence? Maybe! Maybe not!⁠

Congrats again to everyone that took part at the Hellenic, it was truly a hard first edition with the bizarre weather conditions and 30,000m of climbing!⁠

This build is as eccentric and pieced together as any parts bin build should be. Love it! Flori, aka. @brainfart_industries is a magician with this kind of stuff. Oh and those highly integrated, width-adustable, custom brazed bars from year 2969? Yeah, he made those too.⁠

Flori gets some custom graphics to match the wild 'n out paintjob, and a mix-up of White Industries parts and a Stridsland chainring.⁠

We got a few questions about our new gravel fork, so we thought it'd be best to post a few more photos... after all, a photo is worth a thousand words.⁠

In these photos you can see all the routing and the attachments. We went for the "through the fork" brake mounting with a FM160 style mount for more stability and safety. These choices were what helped us to be the first fork to pass the daunting EFBE Tri-Test! True story.⁠

As the prep week winds down, @avoidtheavoid gets ready to start @hellenicmountainrace this Saturday at 9am. Hellenic is an unsupported, single-stage ultra race traveling more then 900km and climbing nearly 30,000 meters!⁠

If the devil is in the details then this bike is from hell. Wait, that didn't sounds right. This bike is evil? I don't know, metaphors are hard.

What I do know is that Sour Crumble is mighty sick, and full of Easter eggs, little features we added to tidy it up, and slick components from all sorts of friends.

This build is definitely going on the favourites list, which to be fair is a very densely populated list.⁠

It never cease to amaze us how creative some people can be with the Sour frames and builds. We've seen it all, from beautifully bright pink builds with every Kool-Aid flavour well represented, all the way to wonderfully minimal and handsome greys and silvers. Keep it coming!⁠
