Pasta Party 32″ — Because Curiosity Is What Moves Us

At Sour, we’ve always believed that bicycles are more than numbers, standards, or rules to follow. They’re invitations to explore—ideas, trails, and sometimes the limits of what a bike can be.
So when the chance came to experiment with 32″ wheels, we didn’t ask why.
We asked why not?

The Pasta Party 32″ isn’t about chasing marginal gains or rewriting the laws of mountain biking. It’s about the joy of building something different simply because it excites us. It’s about that spark you feel when a new idea starts to take shape in steel. It’s about being open to play, surprise, and fun—values that have always driven our workshop.

Using our trusted Pasta Party geometry as the foundation, we reshaped the concept around the bigger wheels in a way that feels natural, balanced, and unmistakably Sour. The result is a hardtail that rolls over absolutely everything and still keeps the lively character we love.

We didn’t build this bike to follow trends.
We built it because we love bicycles—every weird, wonderful version of them—and because exploring new territory is part of who we are.

Homebrew – Made in Germany

Homebrew represents the culmination of plans, chats with friends while out riding, and many late nights writing ideas down. Homebrew is the project name we gave to our on-shoring process, the project we started to make all our frames right here in Germany, one-by-one, by hand, in our own facilities.

Homebrew is the biggest step we’ve ever made as a company: moving 100% of our production to Saxony. We are so proud to be Made in Germany and will continue to grow the Homebrew project in the coming years.

Custom bikes – Painted in Dresden

We love custom colors on bikes. We’ve offered custom powdercoating, done right here in Dresden, since our very frist day of operation.

Every year with have two or three standard colors if you’re not interested in stressing out over the thousands of solid colors, fade, gradients, and pearls… but really, there’s nothing more fun than a frame in your own color!

We have a selection of custom colors, just to keep it a little simpler, but if you’re really looking for super duper custom colors, we’ve got that too.
